Με ματωμένο χιόνι
φραγμένα του αέρα τα περάσματα
χαμόγελο δεν ανθίζει
σε δύο ματιών νερό
όση λάμψη και να έχουν.
Η δημιουργός εξέλιξη
θέλει ολόκληρο το πρόσωπο
το μισό γεννά μισάνθρωπους
υποτελείς στην εξουσία
φοβισμένοι να φθονούν τον διπλανό
πηγή κάθε χαράς και λύπης.
Στο αδηφάγο ρύγχος του παρόντος
προέχει η επιβίωση
ας είναι και ατάλαντη.

With blood-stained snow
the passages of the wind
are sealed.
No smile can blossom
in the water of two eyes,
however radiant
their light.

demands the whole face;
half a face
begets misanthropes,
subservient to power,
too fearful
not to envy
the one beside them—
the source
of every joy
and every sorrow.
In the ravenous snout
of the present,
survival comes first,

devoid of talent.
